Find answers about connecting, controlling and troubleshooting your TV.
Choose your TV or streaming platform
Your phone and TV usually need to be on the same local network before pairing.
Frequently asked questions
My TV is not showing up
Make sure the TV is on and awake, and that the phone and TV are on the same network. Then search again from the device list.
The TV is found but will not connect
Approve the connection request on the TV. If nothing appears, restart the TV and try again.
No pairing code appears
Some TVs only show the code the first time. Remove the saved device in the app and start the pairing flow again.
The remote is not responding
Check that the TV is still on the same network. Reopening the app reconnects to the saved device.
Volume does not work
Volume control depends on the TV platform. Where the TV does not accept volume commands over the network, use the TV or receiver control.
I cannot turn the TV on
Powering a TV on over the network requires the TV to support wake on network, and the setting to be enabled in the TV menu.
Restore my purchase
Open Settings in the app and select Restore purchase, using the same store account that made the purchase.
Premium is still locked
Restore the purchase first. If it stays locked, send us the store receipt and we will unlock it.
Use Premium on another device
Premium follows the store account. Sign in with the same App Store or Google Play account on the other device.
Change or cancel my plan
Plans are managed by the store. Change or cancel from your App Store or Google Play subscription settings.
